Form Studio 1 Ecosystem
Form Studio 1 Wash+Cure
Form Studio Wash+Cure is an all-in-one, compact, and affordable post-processing unit that handles both washing and curing for your resin 3D prints.
- Washing: A removable basin holds parts on the build platform or in the internal basket; an impeller agitates the solvent to clean every surface, then the basket raises so parts lift out of the solvent to air dry and avoid over-soaking.
- Curing: A stowable glass turntable drops into the chamber and rotates parts under 405 nm light for even exposure, completing the reaction started during printing and boosting strength, toughness, and heat resistance.
- Solvent compatibility: Works with IPA, TPM, and Resin Washing Solution.
Modes of Form Studio 1 Wash+Cure
Washing mode
All resin 3D printed parts need washing to remove residual resin. Form Studio Wash+Cure agitates IPA or alternative solvents around parts for thorough, efficient cleaning. When washing is done, simply raise the internal basket out of the solvent to let parts air dry and avoid over-soaking, warped prints.
Curing mode
Using 405 nm light, Form Studio Wash+Cure completes the chemical reaction started during printing. Post-curing boosts part strength, toughness, heat resistance, and creep resistance, while leaving a harder, less tacky surface.
Form Studio 1 Resin Tank
Form Studio 1 Resin Tank is a strong, flexible tank built for fast print speeds and fine feature resolution. Every tank includes a reusable lid, making it easy to stack tanks and store resin outside of the machine. With a separate tank for each resin color or type, switching materials are as easy as sliding in a new tank. This tank is optimized for chemical compatibility with Alpha Resins, Flexible 80A Resin V2, and True Cast Resin. It is not compatible with Tough 1500 Resin or materials needing to use Open Material Mode. For those materials, use the Form Studio 1 Resin Tank Pro. Resin Tanks are built to last and deliver consistent performance for at least 75,000 layers of printing approximately 190 prints using average-height model (39 mm tall), any resin, and 100 µm layer height.
VOC Extractor
VOC Extractor is a compact add-on that reduces volatile organic compound levels while your printer runs. Air passes through two carbon filters, lasting roughly 330 hours of print time and replaceable in seconds. Three fan speeds let you match airflow to your needs. Compatible with Form Studio 1 and Form 4. UL GREENGUARD Gold Certification applies to Form Studio 1 used with Alpha Resins.
