Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to 3D Printing solutions, simulation software, and engineering services, with a strong understanding of customer engagement and lead conversion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms
  • Promote and sell solutions related to 3D Printing, simulation, and engineering services
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and suggest suitable solutions
  • Coordinate with technical and field sales teams for demos and closures
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and customer information
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and proposals to drive conversions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales (B2B preferred)
  • Prior experience or knowledge in:
    • 3D Printing / Additive Manufacturing
    • Simulation tools like Ansys
    • Engineering solutions / services (e.g., Intech ecosystem)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to clients
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated and target-driven

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing
  • Experience in selling technical or industrial products/services
  • Exposure to manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or R&D sectors
