Job Summary

 

The Executive: Sales Operations will be responsible for managing CRM-based order processing, pricing coordination, partner communication, and sales reporting. The role ensures accuracy, timely follow-ups, smooth billing reconciliation, and efficient support to resellers and end customers.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Process and update customer and reseller orders in CRM on a real-time basis with high accuracy.
  2. Share product pricing with resellers as per the approved price matrix.
  3. Prepare, maintain, and circulate monthly pricing workings for all India partners.
  4. Handle website and paid incoming enquiries and guide end customers regarding pricing and authorized reseller details.
  5. Make outbound calls to resellers and end customers for RFQ and quotation follow-ups.
  6. Generate and share end-customer quotations as per company guidelines.
  7. Match and reconcile monthly billing reports and ensure data accuracy.
  8. Prepare daily sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
  9. Share required operational and sales reports through internal systems.
  10. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Accounts, Support) for smooth order execution.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel.
  • Good understanding of sales operations and order management processes.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-oriented and partner-focused mindset.


Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, order processing, or channel management (preferred).
  • Experience working with distributors/resellers will be an advantage.
