ARK Infosolutions; A stalwart Value-added distributor for technology products in India, holding a strong presence in the subcontinent now plans to venture into Industry 4.0 technologies in India and overseas. The company is gearing up with aggressive expansion in existing and new verticals. Rishi Khemka, the founder, and CEO of ARK Infosolutions shed light on the company’s growth plans. “Our ulterior motive is to boost the company's presence and grow our current revenues in the subcontinent by 3X. To achieve this, the company has already commenced exploring new business opportunities and venture into different verticals like Robotics, ARVR, Metaverse, Virtual Production and many more. The company will also look to further strengthen existing verticals presence in the acquisition, storage, broadcast, and education verticals also. We will be looking at tie up with lot of different OEM’s and manufacturers to grow our business and achieve our company goals which are set for FY2026.” He further revealed that the group also plans to start and build a System Integration team as well to cater to the Broadcast, Post, AV & OTT industries. The same will be done in another group company called Trendsetters.
With the course to the future laid in, ARK recently announced, Amit Daftary as its Vice President for Strategy and Alliance for its India operations. Daftary will assume responsibility to build the company’s business strategies to achieve the company goals, exploring new partnership tie ups with OEM’s and manufacturers and identify maintain new businesses and areas to work with.
Daftary has over 20 years of experience in the M&E industry and prior to joining ARK Infosolutions, held managerial and leadership positions like Regional Sales Director at Ross Video, managing its SAARC and India operations. He earlier served as Sales Director (MEISEA, AUS & AUS) at PHABRIX. Daftary has also held positions with Snell Advanced Media and Harmonic as Sales Director for South Asia and India operations and with Avid Inc as Business Head for India and SAARC. He has strong leadership experience with strategic sales planning and corporate management. With strong business acumen and techno-commercial skill set, he has a proven ability to develop, drive and exceed business.
